Purchasing failed!

Hello Glu Admin,
I have purchased a diamond pack (4.99€) two day ago,
it was payed with my credit card, but i've didnt get any diamonds.
In game there comes a "sale failed" message.
I've already wrote a ticket, but there comes no answer -.-

My device is an Samsung S4 Android 4.3

Please check this!
