Question about gold item.

Hello there.
In 2 fights i got 2 gold amulets. I can't decide which one is better for warrior.
One is with IIF and the other one is with ER (energy reduction)

So suggest me. which one is better for warrior ?

    I prefer IIF because I farm quick a move on to the next stage quickly. I need the IIF to make me have better items faster.
