Tournament Question

Okay, so I participated in my first tournament on EW3.

I was put in 47,000 place or such, but I didn't receive my reward out of 150,000?

Do I need to wait a certain amount of time or..?

    Ea tournament reward are only given to the frist 5000 player if you dont make it within the 5000 spot you dont get anything. no matter what VP you at during the tournament.

    1-5 top reward
    6-20
    21-50
    51-150
    151-250
    251-500
    501-2000
    2001-5000

    It said 5,000-150,000 gets Lv. 17 boots or something... By the way this is single, not Guild.
