Blue/Purple "Strange" Swords

I'm talking about the 4th sword you unlock in the game order (the one right before requiring demon-champion reagents to evolve). Does anyone know the best place to farm them? I'm using a green one right now at 15/15 but it simply is not doing enough damage for me to pass the Ancient Caverns.

    Hellboy/level before bellboy. Farm it till you get a purple. I made due with a blue I got from offerings but you can get a purp drop.
