Data error?

How come every time they drop a piece of gear that's half way useful there's a data error? And I don't have that item in my inventory?

Whenever they drop dump truck loads of literally USELESS grey and green junk I never have a data error?

Can someone answer that?

    Right now there's a constant server issue. Network connection issues that impact collecting loot at end of levels and even the evolution tournament.

    Hopefully it'll clear up soon.
