The tournament idea is great, and I'm happy with them on twice a week. The only unfair thing about them.is they all favour high level players.
Can I suggest one based on leveling up. For every level up you earn a fixed vp amount. This would.give new players the advantage.

not to memtion player who have 1-2 or all char max at lvl 50. getting to lvl 51 is like pulling teeth since you can only gain lvl in endless at lvl 50.
yes most tournament is unfair for new play. but think of it this way the reward are for top 1-5 player. even so call elite in the game wont get a chance at the top prize most the time.
End game players don't have anything to do since they probably have the best gear in the game
