I would strongly recommend that tag here so we would know we're dealing with idiot just from look at it. (even though the tag would end being censored) Pathetic little man you are.
Adding a tag to your title such as [HELP] wouldn't really add anything unless you used a more detailed title explaining why exactly you need help and who should help you and why. Specifying a time to help you also helps improve bioavailibity and absorption of the medication as does a meal as well...
