Changes to increase play time and decrease admin

This game is all about endless farming. We spend a lot more time farming so we can beat the next level then we do knocking out quests that trigger when a level is finally beaten.
Please make it easier to farm.
1. Remove the endless wait needed to go from a fight to the main screen and back to the fight. Just add a "repeat" button in the screen which shows the loot and send us right back in.
2. Reduce the time we spend shuffling and selling inventory.
a. add multiselect, and sell-all-new button to the inventory screen.
b. Allow us to sell an item within the fusion screen
c. Allow us to sell some/all from the post-fight loot display screen
