topGuild recruiting members for backup team(android)

topGuild made new system for recruiting member. In order to join topGuild main guild players need to join topGuild 2nd guild. Every week(after 2 tournament) we will switching members between this 2 guild. Members need to reach certain criteria before got transfer to topGuild main guild and will transfer to 2nd guild if not contribute enough vp. So, theres no kicking member in topGuild right now.
The requirement for our guild is;
1. have min gs of 9k gs.
2. have capability to get 100k vp for tournament. (except for offering and evolve)
3. use non-root device to play.
4. willingly to join facebook group so we can organize and plan our strategies there.
5. And most importantly, willingly to follow guild strategies to make topGuild the best guild in ew3.
-topGuild is now rank 1# in overall vp rank and rank 6# in gs. This is a prove that topguild is a high quality guild.
-this plan is a ultimate solution for 'kick inactive or busy member" problem. So, thats mean, u will not get kick from topGuild as long as you keep play this game.=)
