How do you get offering tokens for the new God?
Been available for a few days now but not seen any way of making offerings, apart from actual cash buys.
He offers nothing of use to end game players, but it would be nice to try for the vanity items even if the chances are next to none.
As the jade forest stuff also offers nothing for end game players, it makes it look like the update was aimed at new players and cash buyers.
Hopefully new offerings is not meant to be cash only, that would be a shot in the foot by Glu, with all the Iap investigations in progress at the moment. Hate to have to put your name forward.

Quiet voices are overlooked, loud voices are ignored and constant voices are banned it would seem.

unless you want more 15 second bosses that have worse drop rate (except for wing) than don't hold your breath... they do not help build your guy, just a minor distraction from endless ivar and endless farming.
