Is there any differences between the wings of the 3 bosses? I heard that the wings are the same but Ronin is dropping Legendary wings, CatQueen Epic wings, ...
It's storm wings for each boss so there's no difference. It's only worth fighting ronin for the reagent/silver offering. The gild payment is a lot higher too. Kill Wolf for wings though, you'll want the fastest option for farming.

The chance of finding wings is far greater than before, so it's worth it in my opinion.
