There are apps you can buy on the play store that allow this, but you also need a ROOTED phone. The knowledge of that is beyond me, so good luck.

Free version have some limitations but you can record game process. Non rooted device + PC.

Many phones support standards like SlimPort which let you mirror your screen to an HDMI cable. Plug that into one of several recording devices available and there you have it. Not something I'd go buy just to record this game but if you already have it it makes sense.
