I would just like to thank Adam and the Glu support team for helping transferring my character across as a result of my device ****ping out on me.
Based on previous forum posts, I was about to write the game off - both in time spent playing and money.
To my surprise after raising a ticket and ~ 2 weeks of backlog waiting, I now have my lvl45 character back again, and a few spare gems to go with it. For those doing the whole support thing, I hope your experience is as good as mine.
