I mean, the client was on our device, they would always find a way to bypass those security..
The simpliest method was using filter.
Remove all root/jail device from vp leaderboard..
Devide jailbreak isn't only for hacked on this game. With an jailbreak device you can to some other thing more important that going playing on a g lu s*cked game.
Just another pointless tournament. Seems like once again Glu can't fix anything in the game but has plenty of time to create new content and tournaments to make money. This game with every update declines in quality. Very sad that Glu is ruining the game by not fixing drops rates, hacker issues, loot tables and bringing out new content worth playing. Hopefully Glu will eventually figure out they are ruining the game.

Likewise, die with your jailbroken device. If you don't care about the game then you should just play a private server one. The tournaments are destroyed with hackers, and without tournaments I doubt there'd be a difference between the official and private ew3. However, since most of us don't have jailbroken device we can't play on private server so all we can do is ask Glu for a change. You on the other hand can do your cool stuff while playing on private server or something since they're basicaly the same except for tournaments. Or even better, you can make your own private server.
A jail broken/rooted device is not required to cheat this game and does not constitute a hacker, hacking constitutes a hacker and they do it with android devices through their computers. Banning JB/rooted will do nothing as that is not the cause. I hate hackers as much as the next guy but they do it differently that's why they get VP.
People who back the guy are annoying but they are not the biggest issues with this game. The game itself needs to evolve soon and stop devolving. It is sad that each update to he game lowers the quality of the game. The game is boring and antiquated.

Nowdays you get the dynamic ip as default.. And In my country you must pay extra penny to get the static ip..
And how could you ban the ip if the ip constantly change each time you connect to the network?
Use region ip ban? Then how do you feel if you suddenly can't logged in because you region have blocked cause you neighbour got banned for his jail/root device?
And how if those hacker smart enough to hide or change his ip? VPN example?
As stated before, having a rooted device is not the problem. There are ways to hack without having a rooted device. I dont see why I should be punished for having a rooted device, especially when the hacks are released regardless of whether or not your device is rooted or not.
I vote we sign another petition.
Ban anyone with a mobile device, tablet or a laptop! Ban kindles! That will solve the problem!
Reason: People use their devices to hack, so to solve the problem lets just ban everyone that plays the game.

They would lose a bit of supporters along with a lot of hackers. I didn't say ban jb/rooted device. I said ban them from tournaments like they did before. You do notice the amount of hackers increased by millions right? And just after they clean up the hackers new hackers come 10 seconds after like this morning. Those with jb/rooted device wouldn't be able to participate in tournaments anyway unless you hack. If you don't hack there's no way to get to the top nowadays, and if they ban jb/rooted device then there'd be the same result except the top players would not be a bunch of hackers.
As I stated, you dont need a jail broken or rooted device to hack. Sure there are those who hack with rooted/jailbroken devices, but there are those who hack without. Even if they ban rooted/jailbroken devices, it will not solve the problem. Banning rooted/jailbroken devices from the leaderboard will have the same effect as banning apple users from the leaderboard. Sure you will get rid of some, and sure you will reduce the problem, but it is unfair to all those with an apple device who dont hack. The same goes for if you ban rooted/jailbroken devices, you will get rid of some hackers but not all, and it is unfair to the rest of us with a rooted/jailbroken device.
Best idea would be to catch the hackers not ban everyone who has a rooted/jailbroken device.
What your suggesting is basically racial profiling. I live in America. After 911, people began being suspicious of those from the middle east. We didnt go gathering up all those who were from the middle east, and taken them to prison because of the color of their skin. Unlike during world war 2 where most Japanese in America were taken away for interrogation because of their ethnicity. Were they treated horribly? Yes! Do you throw someone in prison and punish someone because someone of the same skin color/race did something horrible? No! Do you ban jailbroken/rooted device just because some of them use hacks? No!
Why? Because not all of them use hacks, and hacks are NOT available for those with rooted/jailbroken devices. Like I stated in the earlier post, since, there are those who hack that has the stock rom, os installed, ban all non-rooted/non-jailbroken devices from the tournaments because those without rooted devices are JUST AS GUILTY!

In the mean time they can have events which you need to get certain amount of VP to get a prize like what they did with the beast king tournament (but not p2w again).

Tiered base reward would be aswome instead of top 1-5 guild/player. only thing is that Glu wont put a unrealistic VP goal for tournament.
