  Sometimes the loading screen gets effected during maintenance windows. If you wait until maintenance is over, it should resume normally.

  I'm waiting for 1hour and upgrade fully...but didn't see choose character..loading screen.....

  It didnt ... I reinstalled ... And its over a week now..
  Just find that bug admin... Or whatever ..

  After so long chat with customer care they said
  Then we are sorry
  We dont support rooted devices YET
  AFTER MONTHS OF GAME RELEASE
  I think they didnt wanted to make ew3
  But they thought
  "hey lets make sm money,
  A lotta money"
