android ~ network error / can't login

Recently upgraded to 4.2.2, worked fine but now I can't login for over 48hrs...
Is something wrong on my account... I also recall there was a one time purchase of 100 coins for 1.99 I bought them then went to another tab and back and the one time purchase still there, I bought twice but it errored out, although charged twice.
Is this related to why I can't pay anymore, I can login and see others well as see there text but mine is constant network error.
