Why JONWAYNE2, KAOTIC, LOSTSOUL characters resetted to level 1?or should I say banned

I just noticed that on the all-time list of GS and VP leaderboards, the character names of JONWAYNE2, LOSTSOUL, and KAOTIC, have been deleted from their original rankings and have their characters resetted from level 1 with GS of 59 each...Why does that happen since I know all of these players are top pioneer players of the game?

Oh of course when its my guild mates, you say theyre hacking.........
Anyway, this is ridiculous. Why would three veterans hack?!

I can only assume that means a lot more are going to be banned if that's the case..

Because I wasn't convinced, though now that many of the players in the first page of GS leader board got banned, it's hard to not believe this.
Yeah, there's no way in hell that JonWayne, LS, or KaOtiC would hack. All veteran players.

I emailed support as requested my ban was removed but my data was reset to all level 1. I completed the tutorial and was forced to enter a new game name. Now that you have escalated this my data has been restored but the ban has been reapplied to my account. So I cannot login again please have this issue recitified ASAP for all four of us here including Sirike. I've replied to support with all relevant information and attached a copy of all receipts for purchased gems.
Our account was lifted up n is ban again.... Can I know what is going on here ! First my item went missing in my bag i send a ticket n no one reply from glu side . I farm for weeks to get my nite fire andi use my IFF weapon for farming n when I wanna put on my nite fire again it went missing!!! High vp n high gs means we hack? Hello!! Since the star of the game we are already in the top list leader board!!!!!
Last but not least my monk is always having glitch n i still get my daily quest n my lvl just jump when I was kick out of game when u guys did the patch work so am I hacking! I think I have spend more then enough in this game i seriously dont mind spending if I'm enjoying it but if u suspect me hacking into the game then i seriously want my money back. I will print out all receipt and pls give me back my money ! This is not a free game n pls dont advert free game on App Store cos u never know which kids gonna download n swipe with their parents card!

Better not spend any, because you never know when will they ban you just for fun.

And don't worry, your guild has like double iALLIANCE's vp. Your guild can stand on its own two feet without you guys while Glû fixes your problems.
