Will the resistances apply to fire and lightening damage from existing bosses/mobs? Thinking endless may be a lot better with some fire resistance...
Also, any insight into how it might work? Chance for full damage resist or is it a damage reduction modifier? Sounds more like a modifier but figured I'd ask.

A new Endless Tower has emerged from the shattered chest of a great demon lord of old. Click on the Item you want to Socket
Click Upgrade, then Drill Socket
Click Insert Rune
Choose the Rune you want to Insert

Where can I get Drills and Runes
Drills
Drills have a small chance to drop in both of the Endless Towers and the upcoming Kingdom Four dungeons! They can also come from the God of Crafting offering and be purchased directly during Socketing.
Runes
Runes can drop from both Endless Towers, but have a higher chance in the elemental tower! They can also be acquired from the God of Crafting, and even better ones from the God of Runes!
i updated the app in the app store to 1.2, but when i open it, the blue bar advances and says update failed?
Like I said, servers are not ready and still being upgrade. Glu should have not post the update app on app store when servers are not ready yet. On the other hand, glu might have done this to minimize the traffic once the game is ready..

Now the game is Finally showing server down message after update... Not as good as the game being up but at least now I'm not afraid there's something wrong with my data :-)

Yes to both.
Creating a socket in a piece of armor or weapon.
One socket per item, one rune per socket. You can mix and match across gear though.
Looking forward to update either way but Replay button would be boss.
