Rune combine

Nice idea, just what everyone wanted for reagents. Then I tried it a few time, gain a few half decent runes from the start. Then low and behold, combine fail followed by combine fail. Now I just have a couple of poor quality runes, fine you get an offering token but all that has given so far is lessers. Another good idea wasted.
Quiet voices are overlooked, loud voices are ignored and constant voices are banned it would seem.

    U have to use gems to make sure it combines smh everything needs gems

    The rune combination should be high chance to low chance not the low chance to the lowest chance. lol
