Imho........
Tier 1 : you have been farming jade forever and only get green drops and once in a blue moon a dp shard,blood,pangil (hoping for storm wings), Or you have been farming for a specific item and yet it never drops where it should, and if it does, its 1 only.
Outcome : frustrated!
Tier 2: You have been upgrading all of your gear only to hit a brick wall, as u have maxed out and ur only option left is endless.....but levels 110-115 u need potions to survive and still no good drops, so you must wait for a few hours to get new tix. But then again the same things happen. Repeat times infinite
Outcome: Angry over time lost! And nothing to show for it and no gs advancemennt.
Tier 3: You decide all else has failed and break down and buy tons of gems to take advantage of the 30% off the beast offerings that would make your toon wicked awesome and help you enjoy the game all over again, but after 3 spins on that bad boy.....all u get is a pet and items not worth ur current items (happened to me, wasted 100.00)
Outcome: Really P##sed off!
Tier 4: You decide to complain to glu via tix or forums to get some sort of resolution so u dont quit this once very fun game..
Outcome: You have uninstalled due to no replies. Not even a thanks for all the nice donations.
Result: play to win is glu's bread winner. If we cant afford it, dont play.

Tier 5: you wait for this huge update..it finally comes, you install it, and your game crashes everytime while loading, no longer allowing you to play.
Outcome: LAWSUIT.
