I just updated the game for the new patch and when i logged on all of my characters were back to level one like I've never played before. I need help with this issue asap. In a high ranked guild and need to have my account restored in order to keep my rank in my guild. Player name is DollyLlama you can check me out to make sure im legit.     They will force you to submit a ticket. I'd suggest submitting one, then adding the ticket number to this post. :)

    Yes, you'll need to submit a ticket, as Customer Care has visibility into your account, but we do not.
