reagent transmutation

It would be cool if you could transmute regeants. Most of the time after farming for awhile I end up with several regeants that just end up being sold. It would be alot better if we could combine them and transmute them into usable regeants.

    Yes. Or at the very least fix the reagent drop imbalance.

    I have:

    Demon prince hearts - 134
    Demon prince blood - 10
    Demon prince eye - 35
    Demon prince sigil - 1,411 ***
    Demon prince soulshard - 17


    *** - imbalance
