considering that all vanity wings already are elemental, i.e fire hb wings and g flags, and thunder nian and storm wings (were only missing an ice one– 4th k?) maybe add in some ele resistance and damage? the more rare ones, ie gold storm wings could be 5% of lightning resis and att, and the blue storm wings could be 2% or sth.
that way theres some actual distinction between the different rarities of the storm wings.

Lol, not very often someone thinks of those with poor luck, normally get the "so what" style answer if you complain about not getting anything :-)
I personally have like 5 pairs of wings for warrior. But i dont feel that it will be fair to those that dont.
