So idk what is going on, I updated the game(runes update) and ever since it won't load. I have made sure everything is updated on my phone and it still won't work, I go to load the game and the load bar goes all the way up than stops and doesn't get past the initial loading screen, than when I exit and re enter it it tells me I need to update it even though I can't update it any further..... Any help?

This is a known bug. And a ton of people are experiencing it. Nothing helps, and Glu claims they are investigating it.
