Gems not appearing after purchase.

I purchased a 20$ pack of gems and they are not appearing in game. I have the iTunes receipt info but not sure if supposed to post it here. Its billed to this email this account uses. Please get back with me as this is extremely frustrating.

    If you submit a ticket, Customer Care will be able to look into your account (we have no visibility into it here on the forums).
