Combining reagents similar to runes?

Have you considered being able to combine the reagents similar to the runes.
for example.
minion
5 eyes = 1 blood, 5 blood = 1 sigil, 5 sigil = 1 heart, 5 heart = 1 soulshard
this would be the same for all other classes.
You could also combine up to the next class.
Perhaps 5 demon champ hearts = 1 demon prince heart?
I'm not sure how the value would be determined between the classes but this would give an opportunity to do something with all the lower level reagents that have no major cash value and just clutter up your inventory. It would also encourage more farming for reagents. I'm sure you could use the same structure you already have for the runes as far as chance of failing although perhaps the odds could be better.
