Seriously, why is this happening?

Receiving gems from TapJoy offer completion, error pops up, I get no gems...
Any solution?

    Please send those screenshots to Tapjoy support- they will be the ones who can help you with that.

    Hmm. Seems to me that the error is on the game's end, what with the in game error and all, but alright then.

    My device got jailbroken and then restored like 1 h later and since then, that problem of receiving my gems from the free videos occur. I swear, I did not cheat on this game. I didn't even use jailbreak. I was just curious about jailbreak and once i got it, I didn't know how to use it and what to use it on. Im being honest here please don't delete my game for that.

    I get this problem probably because my iPhone got jailbroken. I restored so jailbreak gets off and since then I get this gems issue.

    Anyways, if I would of hacked the game, the system would have reset my characters by now.

    I use tapjoy all the time, & while I haven't experienced this myself, it is certainly enough to make me wonder. I'd have to agree with you about the game error. It seems like it would be a game problem, not tapjoy.

    Is 251 Gems the norm for you? I can't get more than 10-15 at a time. PM me with your secret please? 8)

    Unfortunately when a device is jailbroken and you play the game with it you wont be able to earn free gems, glu doesnt provide support for issues related to jailbreak because the issue may not be related to their software
