My iPad 7.1 didn't give germ after I watch video to get free germ

It never happen like that befor the 7.1 iOS update
After I watch video they still said congra u gt 1 germ then straight after said unknow error then germ didn't add
But germ still add when I buy it
Can mr admin or someone experient tell me what to do please, thanks a lot

    What are you talkin about? You do get "germs" everytime you use your ipad... :p

    Before the ios 7.1 update i earn 5-7 germ everyday by watching video, but not anymore now :(

    The free gem video option is kinda random, you can't expect everything day to give you a fixed number of offers/gems.
    One day you might be able to see four videos and get four gems, if your game doesn't crash, if it does that video/gem is gone. Other days you might only get one video/gem offer.

    You really can't complain about the amount of "free stuff" you get, its totally random from day to day, and its free.. I would say working as intended..

    The problem here is stil can watch video but can't get germ

    This may sound strange... but I wish glu would give me a lot more germs every day for free also

    glu gives me germs everyday. I have so much, I am giving away germs for free!! anyone wants?

    Try washing your hands less often and restart your iPad.
