Loading Problem

Hi , i have big problem , when i start the game it stucks on the loading screen , i try with reinstalling but its the same issue? Help pls. :(

    A lot if us have been waiting for over a month now. Yet no fix...... They better compinsate us for every missed daily, tournament, daily log in. Everything I could have been doing for a month now....
