Endless time saver

When you're doing endless I just find the switch from wave to wave could be made a bit quicker.

I understand there is an advantage in the pause between waves. You can let your time on special attacks go down more. Could just make it so you can ready up and the next wave just starts and the time is what it would be if you waited.

I often find myself running in circles waiting for the next wave to begin, gets tideous after a while, so decided to make this post.

    Or maybe even just a switch where you can set it so the monsters dont stop spawning and the waves just continue to go up. Obviously you'd want this off when you get to the harder waves..

    I think the wait is a problem for all levels and bosses. Just put in an auto-loot function and cut out the 5-second countdown!
