chat bug?

in EW3 FAQ, Support, and Announcements
Sometimes the messages I write in the chat (doesn't matter if it's guild chat or private chat or the town chat) don't appear/get send tothe chat. Is this is a common thing or am I the only one who isn't allowed to chat?

ps: somethings meaning almost every time...

    Its a common problem... Just reboot the game if you encounter this issue.
    Playing EW3 on iOS & EW4 on Android

    Problem is that this accours a lot and since it takes a while to load the game and character etc. it is soooo anoying. Also it seems that I have to reboot several times to get rid of it...
