where are my offering tokens!

Ranked 13 in this tourniment for our guild. And claimed my reward and only got the silver offerings. What the hell!

    android is having same probelm. it lets you collect them but they do not register in spin section.

    Theres also another tread started in the support section. My guild (Circle****s on iOS) finished in top 5 (2nd I think), we claimed our prices but no offering available....

    We should also claimed a little bonus rewards for this problem as it's very frustrating!!!!

    There was a small bug with the prize payouts which should be addressed now. Please try again if you haven't done so already.

    Admin man I had got 5 ancestral offerings today but when I went to offering good it told me to buy for 100 gems. Andddd I checked it now as well nothing happened

    I'm assuming you're on Android? If so, the team is still working on it.

    Alright, got clear confirmation that the fix is tested and live on Android. Please restart the game and you should receive the reward.

    i didn't get my reward as well and i am on ios.
    Had 9k VP.

    Only the Guild Rewards were awarded.
    The Player Reward needs more "manual checking".

    yup..mines too never exist my guild ranked #3, but im not complaining about it, cuz i know they ain't goin' do shiet about it...lol, just play along its just a damm game.
