Does legendary nian still drop chad?

I've been farming legendary nian for quite awhile and still have yet to get a legendary weapon. Does nian even drop the chad anymore?

    I've been farming LNian trying for chad for a long time too.. I've just gotten ragefang x2 thinking about trying LH and see is I get better luck (if I'm able to take him, haven't tried yet)

    I got it after I didn't need it anymore. This was a few weeks ago.

    I've been farming nonstop and not a single legendary weapon. My iif is 172%, so I should be able to get it soon. If not I guess I'll pass on chad.
