  Lol this was their intention. What of the loading screens says "once you reach the highest level you will lose rank"

  I was about to post a response, but then I remember the 0 star thing on the loading screen. I guess it's a reward for spending enough money on PvP energy. Either that or get lucky and play all non-laggers.
