Don't wait to get the Juggernaunt Fist. Move to Ivar Mountain with the first lvl 36 gold weap you'll get from LNian.
Only the base damage is really important here.
Different opinion:
Wait for Juggernaut Fists at LNian because you will have a hard time killing Hellboy for the 5 soulshards you need for weapon and at the current drop rate for soulshards it may take a while. Also I killed him with my 12.5k GS Monk for more than 12 hours (in 3 days) and I did't get Juggernaut Fists (I got 9 lv. 36 gold weapons thou).
