What monkey decided to make pvp match up solely based on level?!?!

    It's not. I've been matched up with people 5-6 levels above me and also a couple levels under as well.

    Insult aside, it is not matched SOLELY on level, nor is it solely GS. There are several elements that are a part of the match.
