Well it could be pretty easy for Glu to do it or probably very hard, it depend.
If Glu's saving Users Progress data or progress information on there own server then all they have to do is to make Use (Existing User Name) or (New User Name) with confirmation code or Password when any user try to use any new device Asked for User Name.
Which is pretty easy!
And If Glu Ain't saving it on their server then we are "you know what"
and Glu need little hard work to do,which is pretty obvious,follow the easy process in hard way.

But this could help both users and Glu, also less tickets than it is now.
I personally prefer to Work on Switching Device Suggestion and fixing Bugs before doing any other Suggestion.
