As title suggested. Will they be returning? I have been saving the gems from the daily login bonus and want to get the exclusive gears from those offerings...

The drop rate is insanely low on these offerings. I spend 50 bucks on them and got nothing in return.
I decided thats the last time im spending money on a mobile game.

You don't need money to cash in tourney offerings.
The OP was talking about getting "limited edition" gear, which (unless you are really lucky) you won't get from that little amount of offerings.
Saving gems from login gives you 60 gems per 20 days if I'm not mistaken, that's not even one gold offering per cycle. Even when they're on "sale" for 85gems or whatever it is.
