How much time does it takes to get the tournament prize?

It's basically what the title says, I was between rank 12k and 13k and I'm wondering how much I should wait to get such prize.

    was there even a prize for that rank? if sow you might jsut need to reload the game to see the mail. The individual prizes show up before the guild rewards most of the time as well
