When does glu ban the folks spamming racist stuff?

I was on for about 2 hrs today and all I saw was 3 toons spamming racist jokes and slurs, over and over again. Does glu ban these folks? Or take any action against them? ...they have been going on and on for quite awhile, so I'm wondering

    People do care. There were a bunch of folks complaining about it. Also, I was asking someone with a possible answer or info.

    Glû admin has stated that there might be chat functionality later on.

    He said that 5-6 months ago.

    Unless it earns them money, Glu doesnt care. You cant sue them. so forget about any kind of change.

    You are right in that a civil suit won't likely do much. However an investigation (and publicity) about the solicitations for child porn and child prostitution would cause glu to take notice. Then the racist/sexist/religious slurs would come out and make the problem worse. So far GLU seems to be playing the ostrich but the in-game chat is both out-of-control and a very real liability

    If you happen across users spamming, filter dodging and using racial slurs in the chat system then please take a screen shot of it and report by creating a Customer Care Ticket.
