Still no answer on my support ticket?

I have already submitted a support ticket in regards for my purchase of 2 packs of gems for $19.98 each for I did not receive them... Your very fast in taking money yet so slow when it comes to problems involving money too. Remember, were dealing with money here and I have all the right to raise this to BBB if I have to, you have taken my money from my account and you were not able to provide the service rendered for it. All evidences were included in my recent ticket that was submited.

    File a complaint with Apple. They will refund your $ most likely

    Yah, I am taking note of that. I have gone over the forums and saw that it may take at least 48 hrs for them to be able to respond. If none, I will take legal action on it.
