Still cannot access game

Still cannot access game after update with my phone. My tablet updated and is fine, however when I try to play with my phone it just goes to loading screen(before character selection), the blue bar fills up, but the game just keeps loading it never actually goes to character select.

Please help, any info on this or suggestions greatly appreciated.
