gluadmin or moloch please reply .. this is a disturbing issue

My ign is Dreadlord ... all time gs rank 7 ... I have spent over 2000 us dollars on this game... suddenly one day it says u have been suspended due to use of a mod for 24 hours... I opened a ticket they say cheat team has confirmed ... okay now my character unlocks and then it says DATA CORRUPTED for 2 days... I open another ticket... NO RESPONSE ... THEN IMMEDIATELY IT BANS MY ID WITHOUT EVEN PLAYING FOR 1 WEEK... IN THIS WEEK.. I opened 3 tickets... no response... now when I am unlocked I AM BACK TO LEVEL 1 ??? PLEASE HELP ME OuT HERE... some 1 in glu is messing with me... I wont take it easily... REDACTED.. reply asap please. .. I have screen shots...
