Offerings not account universal?

I was under the impression offerings you received on one character could be redeemed on another. I just started my mage and offerings I have on my warrior are not on my mage. Has it always been this way?

    Yes. The only way you can get them to your other guys is, when you place in tournaments, you leave the rewards in the mailbox for them to open up. The mailbox is universal.

    From what I've been told, offerings are all character-specific.

    That is correct. Offerings are per character not per account.

    Meaning you can have a Warrior with 100 Offerings and then start a new Mage. The Mage will have no Offerings until you start to collect them from quests and the like.
