Accessing Network Problem

When I select my character and get into the game, I can't do anything because of this Accessing Network issue. And it doesn't go away. I've sat for an hour waiting for it to connect but it never does. Can someone please tell me how to fix this issue. I'm afraid to delete the game and reinstall because I don't want to lose my character. I will post some pictures.[IMG][/img]

I have actually addressed this before as a known issue. Will update when possible.
"Will update when possible"= we don't give a sh*t if you can play or not because there are plenty of other suckers, sorry, players that will give us money instead.
