Help, Is it worth me doing this...........

Hi, I recently just started playing this nd I missed out in getting the starter packages (I got paid after the timer run out) is there a way to completely reset so I can get them nd is it worth me doing this or shall I just carry on playing??

    Don't waste ur money on starter packages. Useless in the long run
