Possible bug? Not able to extract runes from gears!

Hi guys I would like to understand if to someone else occured what happened to me.
I tried to extract two blu runes from my gears. I paid 30 gems for each but I didn't find the runes back to my inventory.
I lost 60 gems and no runes.
Anybody?

    It takes only 20 gems to remove blue runes. So if u paid 60 thn it's itself something wrong on first place.

    Yes you're right the runes i tried to get back were purple!

    I was able to extract my purple attack ruin from my weap to put in my new MM. But, this was before the update. Not sure if it is still working as designed.
