Downloading Assets is stuck

Hey, i update a game and now when is downloading assets is stuck on around 15%. i tried clear data, reinstall game, and everytime is stuck at this same point. Mod please help

Game only allow me to do arena and 1st kingdom only.
1. Go to internal sd card
2. Look for android/obb then open it
you will see .com.glu.ewarriors3. Delete this file.
3. Go back to internal sd card
4. Look for android/ data then open
You will see .com.glu.ewariors3 delete this file
5. restart your device
6.open eternity warriors 3 just the apk or application itself. and wait for a while the game will download itself directly to glu server not on the playstore version..... the obb file on playstore are somewhat currupted on other samsung devices.....

Ok back to topic, I done what you write but hen game is stuck on:
To pass this I was need to clear a game cache in android aplication manager, then game was able to start, but then when is downloading assets, I sstuck exactly at this same point. I tried uninstall game like 4 or 5 times always with the same result.
Anyway thanks for try I really appreciate this.
Another solution....
Go to settings
Go to application...
Click ew3 delete cache and data
Uninstall ew3
go to settings...
Application...
Click playstore uninstall update delete the data and cache....
Go back to setting ......
Application....
Click google play service uninstall
update delete cache and data....
Restart your phone...
Click playstore log in your google account( update on your playstore version and google play service will install automatically.) Wait for 15 minutes.....
Open playstore
Download ew3 then open it........
Hope this time it will be fixed
Reset your phone 2 times.... (hard reset)
If still not work then reflash the firmware of your phone or update to the latest version .Just be careful.Your phone might be brick on this process. If solution doesnt work then i can no longer help you as i already exhausted all my knowledge........
Better to buy a new phone or better quit this will just lead you to extreme frustration......
Admin do you have any idea about my (some samsung owners too) problem and solution? Can u kick some as..es at glu support team and tell them to hurry up. Lol
