glu admin do somethig

the game suddenly crash when i am doing chating in town when i reopen the game its show my name uuuuhuuuuu( my real e warr 3 user name is pavitshokeen) and also my level dropped to 4 and gs dropped to 231( my real gs is 12344 and level 50) plz fix this i want my pavitshokeen account not uuuuhuuuuu account plz give me my right account
over 4 weeks ago i already send many ticket to androidsupport@glu.com but still nothing changed still my level 4 and user name still uuuuhuuuuu
glu admin plz do something directly i want my real gs and level back and sorry for my bad english
my device moto g android ver 4.4.4 and gmail is pavitshokeen
