Game started again (level 1).

Today when I went to play, the game started as if I had never played before. Unable to select my username. Do not want to start from scratch. If this is not resolved, I will stop playing EW3. I have already spent money buying gems. I do not use and have never used any illegal means to justify a loss account. My thanks already. Cezar.
PS: My google account is of the same registered email here (and my username is the same here, "Attlaz").http://ggnbb.glu.com/images/smilies/smile.png

    This has happened to many people unfortunately. If glu has commented on whatever is happening, I haven't seen it. Only thing you can do personally is put in a ticket with glu so they can look into your account.

    If you didn't get a poorly phrased message about illegal actions or something similar, then glu doesn't think you cheated. All they did was use poorly tested code in their game that seems to be randomly killing players sniper-style.

    Happened to a few in my guild including the guild leader. He's been trying (for quite a while now) to get his account restored.

    Hi the same happened to me. I was playin, completed mission and get error, when i went to city i hade some 1938384748474478 name, then it has changed to "guest"
    This is third monk ive lost while i spent so many dope to farm good items.

    my name changed and level dropped to 1 (my real level 50 and gs 12344 k warrior)
    i send many ticket to them with screen shots but they do nothing for me

    How about my 2 year old son deleted my EW app at my apple tab how i will bring back my char...i download EW app again and then i make same name as i have already make then it said that the name already exist...it was the leader of guild "muchas" i hope somebody will help me.

    Don't be too disappointed when nobody hepls you, especially not g.l.u...
    I sent many tickets to support with no response.
